The Da Vinci College is part of Leerpark Dordrecht, a leading project in innovative education in the Netherlands. The school was designed to put a face on a new multidisciplinary vision of education.
The complex consists of nine buildings that are connected by passages, squares and courtyards. This arrangement not only creates an intimate atmosphere but also provides flexibility for the school to expand or reduce its size in the future. Each building is unique, with a different quality of both space and materiality. The union of stairs creates a large and spacious atrium, inviting students to sit or rest, and also
as grandstands during presentations or events. An iconic building of organic lines, wrapped in a skin of coloured glass panels, contains meeting spaces and a conference room.
