The rowing clubs, a unique group of buildings in Tigre that belong to the "golden age" of the Municipality (1880-1930), have preserved their building splendour although they show a significant deterioration of their facilities and their original functions are obsolete. Over time, these clubs have lost more than half of their membership, making it difficult to provide social and sporting services, along with the conservation and renovation of theirfacilities. Based on this survey, the idea is to value seven emblematic buildings (Club Regatas La Marina, Argentino Rowing Club, Tigre Boat Club, Buenos Aires Rowing Club, Club Canottieri Italiano, Villa Eugenia, Casa Newbery and Abadia del Delta Río Carapachay), resulting in a series of themed hotels with an average of fifteen to twenty suites in each, for tourism- corporate purposes and concessions to members.
