Casa del Valle 1259 is the renovation project of my home. Located in Rincón de Milberg, on the banks of the Reconquista River, this house was a unique opportunity to create a comfortable and a personality-filled house.

From the outset, the house had a latent charm, though it was covered in layers of neglect and forgetfulness. The facade, along with the garden and porch, promised a singular refuge. However, the interior revealed a history of abandonment.

The transformation began with a clear idea: to enhance the original potential of the house while preserving its essence. The living room and kitchen were unified, a window was opened to allow more light, and the bidet was replaced with an antique bathtub, rescuing period elements that added character to the space.
Every detail was carefully selected to enhance the personality of the house. The new bronze tabs and round bathroom mirror, along with the color combination on the walls and retro details, created a modern atmosphere with a nostalgic touch.

As a reminiscence of my years in Bali, I wanted to create a wild garden with native plants from the Tigre Delta area. Among the trees in the backyard, I designed a shelter to hang two colorful hammocks. Additionally, I transformed an old flower plot into a small herb garden. To maintain privacy, I planted reeds and elephant ears along the side entrance. The backyard went from a desolate place to a vibrant space full of life.
