This is a multi-family housing project with one and two room apartments, duplexes and garages. The neighborhood where it is located has an uneven development, with high density buildings and low buildings at the same time, but very well connected to public transportation systems.

The site is an atypical corner case, very small and irregularly shaped. Its shallow and highly developed facade makes all rooms have good views and natural ventilation. The balconies and terraces have generous dimensions, exceeding what is required by the code and thus becoming real places of use.
